SHIPPING UPDATE: FedEx and Will Call

 Pressure Tek, like many of our customers, was pleased that UPS and their Union reached an agreement earlier this week and the potential strike has been avoided. This means that all customer orders will ship without delay or disruption and our customers will continue to get orders as quickly as possible.

 To this end we are still moving forward with our FedEx partnership beginning August 2023. This partnership will give our customers the ability to select UPS, FedEx, or Will Call (see below) as their preferred method of shipping when placing an order. These options give us the opportunity to better serve our customers moving forward.

 As mentioned above, Pressure-Tek has also started Will Call as an option for customer orders. This option allows the customer to pick their order up from our warehouse and have their shipping charges refunded, or converted to store credit (your choice).  This will benefit both local customers and those that may have a more immediate need for their pressure washing equipment and supplies.
