SIMPLE CHERRY: Powdered House Wash & Multi-Purpose Cleaner

 

• Direct Application: Mix 0.3 - 0.5 oz by volume per gallon of solution.
• Downstreaming: Combine 3 gallons of 12.5% chlorine, 2 gallons of water, and a 10 oz scoop of Simple Cherry.
• M-Jet or X-Jet: Follow downstream mix instructions and install the 10:1 proportioner.

F-18 MAX: Wood Cleaner / Stripper & Concrete Cleaner (Caustic)

 

• Wood Cleaning & Stripping:
  • Dwell Time: Allow F-18 Max to sit for 10-30 minutes based on the sealer type, application method, and wood condition.
  • Non-Film Forming, Oil-Based Sealers: Use 4-6 oz per gallon.
  • Film Forming, Oil-Based Sealers: Use 6-12 oz per gallon.
  • General Cleaning: For unsealed, dirty, or weathered wood, use 1-3 oz per gallon.
• Concrete Cleaning: Mix 1-3 oz per gallon; allow up to 10 minutes of dwell time.

F-13 GUTTER GRENADE: Gutter Cleaner / Whitener – For Gutter Use Only

 

• Dilution:
  • Standard: 20:1 ratio for most gutters.
  • Problematic Gutters: May need a 5:1 ratio; test in the worst area first.
• Application:
  1. Wet surrounding areas (siding, plants, concrete, etc.).
  2. Mix F-13 to desired ratio.
  3. Apply with a brush or pump-up sprayer, exercising caution and PPE for overhead work.
  4. Let dwell for 1-3 minutes (do not let dry).
  5. Brush gutters again and rinse thoroughly.

F-8 (OX-BRITE): Wood Brightener / Neutralizer & Mild Rust Remover (Oxalic Acid)

 

• Wood Brightening & Neutralization:
  • Direct Application: Dissolve 3 oz per gallon of water.
  • Downstream Application: Dissolve 9 oz per gallon of water.
• Rust Removal:
  • Non-Porous Surfaces: Use 2 oz per gallon (direct) or 10 oz per gallon (downstream).
  • Porous Surfaces (Concrete): Dissolve 6-9 oz per gallon for rusted areas. For thicker buildup, use 12 oz per gallon. Multiple applications may be necessary.

CLING-ON: Roof Cleaning Additive

 

• Mix Ratio: Use 0.5 - 1 oz per mixed gallon of solution, adjusting for roof pitch or desired cling time.
• Compatibility: Safe to use with Elemonator and Simple Cherry; may increase rinse time.

• Downstreaming: Mix 3 gallons of 12.5% chlorine, 2 gallons of water, and 5 oz of Elemonator.

• Direct Application: Use 0.3 oz per mixed gallon of chlorine and water.
